Doris Florist

A young lady in the Malden shop of Doris Florist, called Gemma, has been wonderfully helpful today. She has helped in arranging for a flower delivery tomorrow in South Norwood and I am extremely grateful.

I love using this florist for local deliveries. The staff is always kind and attentive via phone and quality of the flowers never fail. I could not be more pleased.

Having read the other review I was not holding my breath when I entered. But I was greeted and the young lady who served me was polite throughout my short stay on the shop.

Will use them again

Having used this florist 3 times in the last 3 months( But not this branch) I will not be using them again, whilst the quality of the flowers has been good and the deliveries arrived on time, Every time I requested a VAT receipt to be sent to me as I am a business user, Every time I have had to chase the receipt, on the 3rd occasion the receipt has still not been sent and I should not have to keep chasing. Therefore in future I will use another supplier. This is a shame as I order flowers at least every month. Please can you train your staff better, as I have dealt with Gemma every time, but will not be doing so again.
