Ernest Jones Jewellers

My boyfriend took me here last year to buy me a ring. The staff were dressed elegantly and looked very proffesional. When we entered, the assistant asked us what we were looking for, we showed the assistant the ring we wanted and the assistant took it out the display and explained the description of the ring which was very handy! The assistant measured my ring size as they offered a made to measure service, they said they'll give us a call when the ring was made and ready to collect. After 5 days I picked up the ring. I have to say, you feel like a special customer in Ernest Jones, because the staff offer a great service and treat you with great importance. The packaging and bags are very nice but not the price of the jewellery, as it is very expensive. But the quality of the ring I had was very good. All in all a great place.
