Hotel NH Milano Touring

For my mom's 71 years old birthday trip I wanted to try NH Hotel Group. Location was decent but room were assigned was next to conferences room and front of garbage area when you open the window. Room lights were always not working and had to request for repair but never fixed. Room was always not cleaned with sheets or bathroom with not enough towels or not cleaned used coffee cups. Price was not cheap and they had a sign with 4 star hotel which I do not agree with this level of service and what they offering. I wanted to try and see NH Hotel Group but what I expirienced I would not unless this is just business trip not for a special occasion. Even with free drinks offered by Hotel management, quality of hotel is very low and poor. Hope they revisit and fix one day.

Stayed here for 2 nights and what a find! We found this hotel through booking.com and the price was very reasonable considering your right on the outskirts of central Milan. The location is really good - 15 mins from Milan central station, a really nice park about 30 seconds down the road. And about a minute walk to the repubblica underground stop. If you walked from the hotel to the main city central this would take about 20 minutes give or take.

Inside the hotel the decor is quite modern and clean. The staff were very friendly spoke good English and we're happy to help with any questions. We forgot to bring an adaptor from England and they simply had one to lend until we checked out which I thought was really handy.

We were upgraded to a superior room and my goodness this was nice. It wasn't a huge room but you had all the luxuries you needed. Really quite impressive.

We had breakfast included with our stay and this was really nice, it was mainly a continental breakfast with a help yourself type of deal. There were staff readily available if you wanted to have say, an omelette or scrambled eggs cooked fresh. The staff here in the morning were very personable and friendly.

All in all if I ever stay in Milan again I will be looking at staying here again!

Gorgeous place. Very well located, just a mile or so from the shopping center, a block of bars, lounges, clubs, etc, and restaurants. The front desk were super nice every time I needed assistance (they also spoke English fluently). Beautiful, good size, and well-kept rooms. 3 elevators (one is off to the side). Fitness center provided. Breakfast was magnificent! Deliziosio! My favorite was the apricot filled croissant. I'd get the croissant and the wedge of cheese all over it. So good! They also offer a variety of juices and caffe.

This hotel was selected by Priceline through an express offer, and sometimes you never know what you'll end up with. We were REALLY happy with this pick! This hotel is perfect for a visit, and the location is fabulous. First stop off the Metro, (Republicca/yellow line) and its a 3 minute walk, through a beautiful city. Fast and efficient check-in, our room was big enough, with all conveniences, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything is super efficient and clean, modern, new. Great shower.
We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in 30 mins. Most everything was no further than 15 mins away. And with Milan being such a beautiful place, the walks were pleasant.
There is a massive, fantastic public park practically next door with great running/biking/walking paths, full of people, children and dogs in the evenings.

I stayed at the NH Milano Touring Hotel in Milan, Italy on 5/24/2013. I actually stayed for two nights (24th May 2013 and 25th May 2013). It was my 1st time there. I was traveling with Trafalgar Tours and found it to be a pleasant stay when in the city of Milan. Plus, I took photos.

I've stayed in quite a few nh brand hotels and I'd have to say I was rather disappointed with this hotel. The reception looks very new and chic but once you get beyond the public areas the corridors and rooms feel very dated. Not only that but the staff were very unhelpful, slow and grumpy. Sorry, only 3 stars for this 4 star hotel
