Recommend this hotel. Nice views overlooking the river. Has a bar/restaurant/dining and a separate breakfast restaurant in the mornings.
The rooms overlook the Thames and for the money you're looking at a 5 star hotel at a decent price.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 30 mag 2022
I have stayed here about 6 times over the past 12 years. It is OK. Clean. Walking distance to the office. Could use a nespresso machine. I like the gym - 3 treadmills, decent size. Now why weren't my complimentary water bottles replaced on day 2?

The Marriot Executive Apartment have lived up to its name. Spacious. Very spacious to be exact. Perfect for a family with children and comes complete with a fully furnished living room and kitchen with clean dishes and utensils. The kitchen/living room and bedroom are Separated so it's easy to have privacy in both.
Did I mention the great views from the bedroom and living room. Be prepared by coming with a camera to take some scenic photos.
Clean and organized. Friendly staff. Coming from the United States I didn't have a three pin adapter for my electronics so I had to use the usb on the television to charge it. It only works by keeping the television on.
Mute the volume and change your phone away.
I wish the room had the complimentary bottle of water given in most hotels but since it's an executive apartment I guess you are expected to provide your own. It did however come with complimentary tea and coffee with a choice of decaf
We ordered room service and the food was good. It did the job.
We drove and the hotel does not have any parking. They do however give you a £2 discount per day that you can redeem at the end of your stay by getting a stamp on your checkout invoice. We used a nearby parking lot and they do not accept cash. It's best to pay ahead of time by using this website.

Very nice, very comfortable hotel and apartment suites in Canary Wharf area. Best features: Views of the water and REALLY QUIET rooms! This is one of the rare hotels where the sound-proofing is top-notch, both from exterior as well as interior noise. Comfortable, clean, nice decor, well-furnished rooms - and a great AC system, with individual settings for each room. Our experience is with the apartment suites more so than the hotel rooms, but the apartment was perfect for our 5-member family: a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, with living room and a kitchenette (the only downside was the lack of a dining area or nook). The kitchenette was well-furnished with tableware, cookware, a microwave, toaster, full 4-burner stove and oven, half-size fridge; a nice perk was a complimentary goodie box of snacks, cereals, milk, juices, coffees, and teas (this kitchenette - with a nearby Tescos - was great for breakfast and saving not only cost but also the hassle of getting everyone roused out of bed, dressed, and washed up to head to a restaurant or cafe). Other helpful amenities: complimentary washer and dryer (we went back home with suitcases full of clean clothes instead of dirty ones!), fitness center (a bit tight on space but packed with cardio and weight machines), a comfortable lobby, on-site restaurants, and excellent friendly staff. The location is very good with many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance - and the tube stop (Jubilee line) is just a 5-minute walk away, which'll take you into Central London (e.g. Westminster) in about 20 minutes.
Do be aware that the hotel and the apartments are run separately (even though it's the same building) - thus, hotel guests have access to the 7th floor Marriott Club Lounge while apartment guests do not. However, all the other facilities and amenities are equally shared.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Laurence T.Denver, Stati Uniti50744026124 dic 2018
This hotel is magnificent. Came here to meet my best friend when visiting London on vacation.
Although I did not stay the night at this hotel, I can say that the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was like that of a movie (dimly lit reception, lovely fragrant smells, and relaxing music).
My wife and I visited the bar while we waited for our friends. The bar was very sleek, and the couches were extremely comfortable.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Utente Qype (Adj…)Stokkum, Paesi Bassi13130921 mar 2012
While arriving with a cab, the first impression was not the best: strange entrance in quit a strange lane.
Once out of the taxi, the picture completely change! Very helpfull staff eveywhere. The rooms are very big and fully equiped.
The area is unique and good to go for a drink or bite. The price is not low, but worth it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Utente Qype (dave_w…)Londra, Regno Unito105715 nov 2008
One of the nicer hotels in London, this is based in the social hub of the Wharf and offers pretty good service. Shaped like a sail going out onto the dock, the rooms are spacious and do the job for getting your rest when on business meetings!
The bars are lovely and hidden away nicely so members of the public can't get to them as easily as before.
As Marriot's go, prices aren't too bad, service exemplary and great office facilities.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Utente Qype (parcoo…)Londra, Regno Unito34827 nov 2008
London Marriott West India Quay is the place where I hang out after a movie with friends more often than not. We usually get a pint of Guinness from the bar. The bar provides a comfy place for a couple of drinks. It offers quite cheap drinks too. I am not exactly sure about the price but I think it is about £3.40 for a pint of Guinness - good price bearing in mind the setting within the Marriott Hotel. It tends to be less crowded than normal pubs and bars next to the water. This is surely a fine place for drinks.

My sister got married here last year. We used the outside area for drinks - champagne and orange juice, while they were preparing the area that we reserved upstairs for dinner. The drinks were lovely, the staff were friendly, they kept coming back with more champagne to fill our glasses. Then we went upstairs for dinner. There were about 20 of us seated around a large table. It was nice, but the main course (of peri peri chicken and chips) was no better than Nando's chicken. The staff were very helpful. I didn't try their main restaurant but my friend works there and said the food was lovely.
