Palazzo del Cinema

Definitely recommend checking out Lido during your trip to Venice, which is just a 15 minute ferry ride from the Grand Canal. The Palazzo is where the Venice Film Festival is held every year, but it's also a quaint beach town!

If you're into movies, it's a unique experience to attend the Venice Film Festival as a spectator. Many of the film screenings are open to the public, so check the website for tickets. Our tickets were €21pp and it was so worth the trek over!

The only downside of the Palazzo del CInema is that there aren't many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance and most places open for dinner at 7PM.
