WORST EVER experience with a take away!!!!
never had my dinner delivered but I've been charged for it and they refused to refund it

DON'T EVER GO TO THEM: RUDE AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

Very bad experience: I waited 1hr and 45 mins to get my food; I was furious, when I called the restaurant (which by the way is a mobile number as their landline has been deactivated.. dodgy!), I asked for my Miso soup to be refunded as it was completely cold, the owner
started laughing. I asked what commercial gesture they could do (based on the fact that I had to wait close to 2 hrs), and he said NOTHING, and that he didn't understand what the pb was as I received my food, all this, while laughing at me - very unpleasant!!

Not to mention the poor quality of the fish they serve: very fatty, dull colors, poorly cut - not good.
