Sheraton Diana Majestic, Milan

Sheraton Diana is in a great location and the staff was exceptional. I would stay here again.

Great old school grand hotel.

The Sheraton is located a 20 min walk to the Domo and located in a nice part of Milan.

It is a older classic hotel with a beautiful rear garden and very nice bar lounge.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and the bar in the evening.

As it is an older building the rooms are a little smaller than new hotels but the details are very nice.

The service was great both at the reception (I needed help with tickets) and at the breakfast and bar lounge.

There is no parking but they will take your car from the front door when you arrive and return it in minutes when you need it.

We enjoyed our stay and I would return the next time I come to Milan.

I stayed here for one night during my RTW trip with my wife and baby. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a Jr. Suite. The room was magnificent and huge. We had more than enough space for our luggage and our little one to wander around. We chose breakfast for our platinum amenity and it was one of the best Sheraton breakfasts that I've ever had. It included a variety of items. My little one almost drank a carton of milk by herself!

Location is pretty much central to everything. The metro is a few minutes walk and the major tourist sites all within 15-20 minutes. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have a fabulous experience. Overall, this is one of my favorites Sheraton's in Italy and will stay here again when we visit Milano. Chao!

Stayed here for about 10days while visiting Milan. Its centrally located and walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is older but I enjoyed the architecture and my cute room was enough for me. I got stuck in the elevator while there but the staff really went above and beyond for the remainder of my stay. I might come back but I'm taking the stairs.

Not sure about the standard rooms as we had a suite and it just fine, Grand old hotel with central location , 5 minutes to Duomo by metro with good service and pleasant staff.

The name suits the property. Probably very majestic in its time and even with renovations is still an impressive hotel. Stayed here on points and was upgraded to a Junior suite. Very very elegant and spacious. I'm dinging them 1 star for no iron and no coffee machine in the room. I'm tempted to ding them another for the extremely slow check out process. Nobody was at the front desk. After 5 minutes the Concierge came over and helped me.

Great place for an aperitif!

It's very nice inside and accommodates big groups at the table or lounge/sofa area.

I've was here for almost three weeks on business, and I have zero complaints! The desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My room is HUGE!! All of the decor in room is comfortable, and the restaurant and bar area are very relaxing and well decorated.

I am definetly not a traveler who expects everyone speak engish, but after being here for awhile now, I am so happy that they do... Everyone's English is fantastic. It has been so nice to come back after some long days at work to the friendly staff that I can understand :)

I have had a wonderful stay here in Milano... And if you come and visit, make sure to go to the Cafe (Zuccero e Sale) across the street! I wish I could bring it back to Philly with me ;)

the decor of the hotel was very modern and the bar was full and the same feel. I actually prefer old world charm but this was very nicely laid out. I would however come back and stay and recommend based on the service I received from the Concierge Dionisio Gabaido. He went out of his way to assist me when I was having a crisis. He probably wont even remember as it was in July and I am only now getting time to review. Hospitality alone is the reason I would choose accommodation. I travel a lot internationally and I have been on the move over 7 months this year. Because of the service this hotel stood out beyond any of the others I have frequented in the 10 countries and over 100 cities. I hope they appreciate him.

My sister wanted to visit Milan for her 30th birthday and she chose the Sheraton Diana Majestic for our stay. Upon booking we were not aware that in Italy more than two adults were permitted to stay in a room. When she tried to check us in the lady at the front desk was very short with us and told us we'd have to get two rooms. we knew we couldn't afford two rooms for our entire stay,so we opted to get two for the night until we figured out a new game plan. Once we got situated in our rooms,my sister went back down to the lobby to see if there was anyone else she could talk to. Little did she know she shared an elevator ride with the property manager,Roberta.

Roberta was very sweet and accommodating and allowed all members of our party to stay in our room, which was a junior suite and certainly large enough for all of us. Once that was cleared up,our stay was a breeze. She even voluntarily called the property that were were going to be staying at in Rome to give them a heads up about our situation,which was so above and beyond what we expected.

The room was simple but sophisticated. There was plenty of space and we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. We enjoyed apertif at the Diana bar and were happy to meet some locals. The H bar is a very popular place on Saturday nights! We were glad to be apart of it. Vito served us multiple times when we visited there and he was a doll. He gave us great nightlife suggestions. We also had lunch there one day. The all day menu isn't very extensive but let me tell you, the (i believe) Italian coffee with amaretto was STRONG but yummy :) The bartenders know how to pour a drink,which I love. My apple mojito, mango daquiri and honeymoon were delish!

Frederico at the front desk was a doll as well and he gave us some great suggestions on nightlife and where to catch the train to go shopping and everyone at the front desk was very prompt when calling us a taxi. They even found us a couple places that were open in the wee hours of the morning when we had an itch for some late night snacking. (PLEASE check out Rosy e Garbiele behind the restaurant! Moderately priced and yummy!)

There is a flower shop right across the street from the property,so we were excited to get Roberta some flowers before we left. She definitely made our trip! I definitely look forward to coming back in the warmer months to experience apertif in the beautiful garden.
