Steakhouse Asador

Loved it! We were able to walk in around 9 pm without a reservation, having just come from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. They speak English like most other places in Berlin. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express and one of the managers recommended this spot as one of the top restaurants near the hotel. As it was late, we went with his recommendation (I believe this place also has great reviews on TripAdvisor).

We ordered the grilled Iberico pork tenderloin as well as the mushroom risotto. Both were awesome in terms of flavor!

Mushroom risotto was a tad bit salty -- could have done with a little less salt, but just a minor complaint. Grilled Iberico pork tenderloin was amazing!! Not very fatty but super tender and flavorful. They paired it with an herb butter that offered a very delicate "something extra" to the dish. I could not stop spreading the butter all over the pork.

Even if you're not staying at a nearby hotel, this is worth the trek over!

This was my absolute favorite dinner in Berlin. Please note that I am not really a steak fan.

Beginning with entry,staff was welcoming and accommodating. We called ahead to make sure that they were open, had wifi (we recieved a yes to both), and were seated expressly upon arrival.

I recieved an important call halfway through dinner and the staff even accommodated me more during the call. I was allowed to use an electric outlet and they offered to reheat my foood....that was not needed, however .

Our steaks were to die for!

We received different cuts, both were full of flavor and amazing to eat. Additionally, we ordered mashed potatoes and broccoli with almonds. This is a must stop every single time that we return to Berlin. No excuses and no other restaurant has topped our experience and flavor.

  Dies war mein absolutes Lieblingsessen in Berlin. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ich kein Steak-Fan bin.

Beginnend mit dem Eintritt war das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir riefen im Voraus an, um sicherzustellen, dass sie offen waren, über WLAN verfügten (wir bekamen ein Ja für beide) und bei der Ankunft ausdrücklich Platz genommen hatten.

Ich habe in der Mitte des Abendessens einen wichtigen Anruf erhalten, und das Personal hat mich während des Anrufs sogar besser untergebracht. Ich durfte eine Steckdose benutzen und sie boten mir an, mein Essen aufzuwärmen ... das war jedoch nicht nötig.

  Unsere Steaks waren ein Traum!

  Wir bekamen verschiedene Schnitte, beide waren voller Geschmack und toll zu essen. Zusätzlich bestellten wir Kartoffelpüree und Brokkoli mit Mandeln. Dies ist ein Muss jedes Mal, wenn wir nach Berlin zurückkehren. Keine Ausreden und kein anderes Restaurant hat unsere Erfahrung und unseren Geschmack übertroffen.

I never write reviews but I just felt it absolutely necessary to write one for Steakhouse Asador. This place is a hidden gem. For a steakhouse the prices are shockingly reasonable without a decline in quality. That quality for which I speak is incredible. All meat was cooked to our specifications and delicious.

There wasn't just quality in the food but quality in the service and friendliness of the staff. Jakob, our server, was on point at every turn. He should also get 5 stars. He was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and generous.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone living in, or coming to, Berlin and want a reasonably priced steakhouse with excellent quality. The only regret I have is not taking pictures.

This was my first time in Berlin and I wanted to have a special dinner before I left. Steakhouse Asador was just what we were looking for. The food and wine was absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, our server Melek was the sweetest and most attentive server I encountered in my entire stay in Berlin! She was hospitable, generous, and just overall amazing. Come for the food and stay for the kind service. Thank you Melek for making our night so special!

Those is my first time to Berlin abd I was looking to celebrate a recent success. I enjoy grilling steaks and I'm reluctant to admit I cook many ribeye steaks at home each year. I've become very good at grilling steaks and ribeyes specifically.

This staff at this restaurant were very helpful including informing me that cash was yhe only payment option which I admit I forgot to ask about beforehand. Luckily I was flush with cash so it was not an issue but I very much appreciated the forewarning.

I chose a ribeye and they suggested the rosemary roasted potatoes which were amazing. A not miss in my opinion.

The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend this establishment. All my best!

My rating is purely based on the fish dishes I ordered here and not for the steaks. The fish soup was surprisingly not tasting like any fish. It was mostly like a tomato soup with fish pieces in it for 11€. The pulpo salad was simply small portion of pulpo with olive oil and lemon.

Overall it was not the greatest experience in taste and price-value ratio, but! We will come back for steaks and readjust our rating if needed

They do not accept credit card...know this before going. Can be busy and slow service

We scheduled a large party of 15 at the last minute after our team conference. Asador was able to accommodate us and created a wonderful atmosphere for a big dinner. It felt like we were in an old world home. The appetizers were excellent and all the steaks even better. As a Chicago steak freak I was impressed! Excellent meat prepared expertly. Pablo and the team did a great job and made our dinner a rousing success. I highly recommend this place!!

I cannot say enough good things about Steakhouse Asador. First of all, the steaks, the salads and side dishes were topnotch. But, more importantly, the staff made us feel very welcome and really enhanced our experience. Our waiter was Pablo, from the Dominican Republic, and he was warm, super friendly and fun. My daughter has some food allergies and he handled them perfectly. He also seemed to watch over us, making sure our steaks were perfectly cooked, making sure my daughter had something appropriate to put on her bread given that she is allergic to dairy products (no butter) and also shared shots of Jager Meister with us because we told him that it was our first trip to Germany. Everyone else was very friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend it.

Our group of four was seated right away but otherwise the service for the rest of our meal was a little slow.
However, the steak was heavenly and perfectly paired with fries. Also the schnitzel was amazing as well and I would definitely recommend the side of vegetables with tomatoes and onions. The soda is a bit expensive but it is everywhere in Europe.
