I have been to this cinema twice , i have been in screen eleven which is the biggest screen there and i sat in the mezzanine which has a great view of the screen. You go up a special escalator for screen eleven and then you see a small bar next to the entrance and you get your own toilets. The seats are very comfortable you get a lot of leg room and big armrests and a table in between seats to place your coffee on.I was very impressed with the cinema , had good sound and they use a top of the range projector too.You can get the usual sweets and popcorn and coffee.Very nice cinema i would go again.

The cinema is so classy and it is so big. It feels like a westend cinema but without the cold. One of the screens is huge!

This is now a Cineworld cinema.
I paid for VIP tickets the experience was far from feeling like a VIP.
They sell the VIP tickets as having a licensed bar, exclusive seating area, premium cinema seating, and great screen. The reality was very different.
The bar was closed, the seating area was dirty and tired, and very obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while.
The previous showing was still coming out after our start time, so they were running seriously late. No one thought to give us an update, tell us what was going on, so we sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Finally someone came out to say sorry for the delay it'll be around 5 minutes wait. He promised that the showing was already rolling so we could skip the adverts, and it would run the schedule. We were finally let in around 25 minutes after the start time.
The seating felt cheap and it felt lower build quality than their standard seats. They wobbled the adjoining seats if you wobbled yours. They definitely didn't feel premium compared to other premium seats I've used at other cinemas. They did have small tables next to the chairs, which was a nice touch.
The screen and sound quality were good, with the exception that lighting from the ground floor was so bright the bottom section of the screen was hard to see. This didn't obscure anything important as it was a small section, but was very distracting in dark scenes.
When we entered the adverts had obviously just started to roll. Given that they had promised it would be running to schedule, they had obviously lied to pacify us. The show ended around 25 minutes later than scheduled.
Do not waste your money on VIP tickets at this cinema. I have visited it on a number of occasions using normal tickets and experience has been good, but I won't ever be buying VIP tickets again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Utente Qype (bigdav…)Londra, Regno Unito219118 nov 2008
the cinema itself is good and the chairs comfortable the thing i really do not appreciate is having to que at the food counter for tickets- the ticket machines are, as usual a total waste of time because they do not work. the food is very overpriced- smuggle you're own food in!

Lovely friendly staff at this cinema. Make sure you take advantage of the special whereby you get free parking at the O2 if you go to the movies. Retain your ticket stub and exchange at the Parking Office to pay nothing for parking. The movie house is comfortable and the best thing is they have Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. The facility is child friendly and its a pleasure to go to an early show here as the movie house is almost empty. Pay for your tickets on the self service machine or at the snack counter. Would recommend to one and all.
