If you’re looking for an elegant dining experience, make sure you make a reservation at this little place. It’s known for its traditional Venetian dishes, like squid ink pasta with crustaceans and spaghetti with cuttlefish. My two recommendations are the veal lasagne [the ‘lasagnetta with ragout’ on the menu] and the tiramisu, both of which rank very highly on my list of Best Meals I’ve Had In Italy. The only downside was the portion size because, in Italy, you typically have an appetizer, first course [pasta], second course [meat] then dessert. So, if you don’t get a second course, you might be think the first is a little small.
